5 gifts for the home and office

Many of us this year are having to give up are expensive summer holidays due to the recession and although things are looking slightly better than they did a few months ago they are still not good enough to allow many people to go away on these expensive summer breaks.

This year instead of splashing out sometimes thousands for a big holiday you really can't afford why not buy something or a few things for yourself or the home instead? There are thousands of gift ideas out there and range from the normal right the way to the absolute insane.

5. The painting that hides a secret safe
So cool you could almost put it into a bond movie. All you have to do with this one is put one of your best pictures inside it and hang it up on the wall so nobody will suspect anything. However you can put savings, jewellery and secrets behind the picture just like you seen on all those good spy movies.

4. The office punchbag with a difference
get stressed at work on the computer or even at home? A great item as it not only helps to relieve stress but also helps to cheer up not only you but collegues areound you! Just simply punch the bag during those stressful times to hear one of your favourite profanities.

3. The pen with a shocking surprise
This can be useful for either the home or at work. Just leave a pen where someone is going to pick up and use it for a shocking result.

2. The BBQ sword
These are great for a laugh at those summer parties as they are shaped to look like swords. These can also be great for when the summer party gets to the point where you actually feel like using them for swords although I can say from experience I wouldn't reccomend it.

1.    Hot Water Bottles
If like this year those heating bills were way to high then why not get yourself one of these. Why not go fr a design thats a bit less granny and a bit more respectable.

There you have it, my personal favourite gifts for the home and office. It doesn’t stop there though these gifts can be anything from Buddha’s to BBQS
